La Junta de Castilla y Leon has called the Quality Awards and Administration Modernization for the year 2010.

These awards recognize quality practices of public services, proposals or suggestions for improvement and work-study and research on the modernization of administration in areas such as citizen services, process management, implementation tools quality, streamlining and simplifying administrative procedures, electronic access to public services, development of people in the organization, ongoing learning, innovation and better or outcome assessment.
